VIGIL PLANNED AT ST. PETER'S EPISCOPAL

St. Peter's Episcopal Church will offer a vigil for prayers for peace and the safe return of those who are enlisted in the armed forces, on Monday, January 1st, 2007 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at 510 Jefferson Street in Red Bluff.

The service will consist of prayers, readings, hymns and meditation. Prayers will be given for those named and unnamed, who are serving, or have been injured or the families of those who have died. Those who come may list the names of individuals or families to be prayed for. All those listed will be prayed for aloud.

The public is invited to drop in at any time to pray for peace and remember enlisted personnel and their families. Information in available at 527-5205.
