Special mass to celebrate centennial

RED BLUFF — Sacred Heart Church in Red Bluff will celebrate their centennial with a special mass at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 15, at 515 Main St. Bishop William Weigand of the Diocese of Sacramento will preside.

A no host social hour will follow at 6 p.m. at the parish Hall, 2355 Monroe St. A prime rib and chicken dinner will be at 7 p.m.Dinner tickets are available in advance at $30 per person at the parish office, 2355 Monroe St., phone 527-1351, until Oct. 10. No tickets will be available at the door.

Guests may attend the no host social hour without a dinner ticket. The community and north area are invited to participate in the celebration of this milestone.
